For the second time since SMtv's inception three years ago, I've tossed out my rule of requiring an artist to have an album out before I have them on the show.

When David Wright of Speakerheart played me Natalie's music, I was immediately touched by her voice. Next I started to love her quirky, unusual writing style. She's a true artist.

I recorded all three of the songs Natalie performs live on the show on the day of the interview. A first for SMtv.
